A forum and event for writers with disability from the City of Port Phillip and surrounds interested in joining the Writeability Goes Local Writers Group.
Join Jenny Hedley, local mentor who will facilitate the Writers Group, will be speaking with presenters Jessica Walton and Nicole Smith.
Running at St Kilda Library between April and November 2024. The forum also benefits individuals supporting people with disabilities, offering professional development on the Social Model of Disability and language best practices for support workers and carers, while exploring how storytelling can reshape perceptions about disability and community.
