Blak & Bright is a First Nations Literary Festival based in Naarm (Melbourne) with over sixty First Nations artists front and centre.
Established in 2016, the four day showcase celebrates the diverse expressions of First Nations writers and covers all genres from oral stories to epic novels and plays to poetry.
We believe that Blak stories are for everyone. In 2022, the Festival will offer new events while programming favourite events from the 2016 and 2019 Festivals.
