Bring it to the Adaptive Leadership Program, from 2 to 4 December in Melbourne.
For three days you’ll work on it with people from other workplaces who’ve brought their own. They’ll ask the questions your colleagues stopped asking a while ago. Taryn Sexton, who’s been running this program with us for five years, will be with you the whole way.
You’ll go home with a plan you can start on Monday. You’ll also have a group of people in your corner long after December.
