VMC | UPDATING | Community on Exposure Sites for COVID-19 in Victoria | Tuesday 11 May 2021

A new COVID-19 case has been identified in Victoria.

Message from the Chairperson

The man recently returned to Australia from overseas and undertook Hotel Quarantine in South Australia. He was tested yesterday and received a positive test result this morning. He is isolating at home.

Exposure sites

There are new Tier 1 Melbourne exposure sites:
  • 5-6pm Thursday 6 May | Epping | Indiagate Spices and Groceries – Unit 14C/560-590 High Street
  • 12.01am-11.59pm Thursday 6 May |  Altona North | TIC Group (front office) – 232 Blackshaws Road
  • 6.30-9.30pm Friday 7 May | Melbourne | Curry Vault Indian Restaurant and Bar – 18-20 Bank Place
  • 5.40-6.38pm Saturday 8 May |  Epping | Woolworths Epping – Corner of Cooper and High Street
Anyone who has visited these exposure sites at the listed date and time must get tested immediately, even if you do not have any symptoms, and quarantine for 14 days from the date of exposure.

There are new Tier 2 Melbourne exposure sites:
  • 6.30-7pm Thursday 6 MayEpping | 7-Eleven Epping – 705 High Street and Cooper Street 
  • 12.01am-11.59pm Thursday 6 MayAltona North | TIC Group (warehouse section) – 232 Blackshaws Road
  • 11.10-11.40am Saturday, 8 May | Epping | 7-Eleven Epping – 705 High Street and Cooper Street
Anyone who has visited these exposure sites at the listed date and time must get tested immediately, even if you do not have any symptoms, and isolate until you receive a negative result.

Getting tested
