Happy New Year!

Message from the Acting Chairperson

I hope everyone enjoyed time with loved ones this holiday season. It's exhilarating to say goodbye to one year, and start another with brand new goals and aspirations.

In the last year, we've achieved so much that we are proud of, and we could not have done this without your support. We hope all multicultural communities continue to celebrate, advocate, and work together in 2023.

There are many exciting things happening this year, including the Victorian Multicultural Commission's 2023 program of events. We warmly invite you and your community to participate in these events, including by registering your interest to attend the upcoming Victorian Multicultural Gala Dinner

I'd like to also remind everyone to stay well this summer with the latest COVID-19 health advice. The weather is warmer, and this means we are more likely to gather frequently and in large numbers, so let's protect each other by following these guidelines and enjoy the rest of the summer.

I wish everyone a healthy, happy and prosperous 2023.
Bwe Thay, Acting Chairperson
