Ways to help your school participate in Victoria's biggest multicultural celebration of the year.
Cultural Diversity Week 2016 is coming soon and there are lots of ways for your school to get involved.Coordinated by the Victorian Multicultural Commission, Cultural Diversity Week 2016 will encourage Victorians, young and old, to embrace our diversity and stand together in harmony.
Primary School Art Competition
We invite all Victorian Primary School students to draw, paint, sketch, photograph or create a collage that reflects the Competition's 2016 theme –‘Harmonies from around the world’.Along with the exciting prizes on offer for competition winners and their schools, finalists and winners in each category will receive a certificate and have their artwork displayed in a special ceremony during Victoria’s Multicultural Festival at Federation Square on Sunday 20 March 2016.
How: To enter, schools should submit all artwork to the Commission by 5.00pm on Monday 29 February 2016.
The Commission will notify all finalists in early March 2016.
