Now, it is time to discuss qualities of Retreats and 3rx.
 
A Retreat as meant here is a special-purpose situation where the basics (food, clothing, shelter, (3)) are well managed leaving time for individuals to indulge in pleasant or purposeful activities to reflect on Life, Suffering of the Living, Causes of Suffering, and the End of Suffering sometimes called 'lasting happiness' (r). 
 
Simply put, sun rises, get up, eat, do something warming, eat, do something engaging, eat, do something calming, sun sets, go to bed. Sleep well. Repeat as often as required. The World continues to turn without our intervention. When Retreat ends, rejoin the World again and peddle up to speed.
 
For the benefit of the individual, until choosing to share the benefits increasing in beneficiaries until it includes all (or what actually happens = x).
 
This or variations of this are a central tool of Re:lig:ions.

      • (Law) an attitude adopted in law or as a matter of policy towards an action or proposal in the absence of acceptable reasons to the contrary. Ie, the planning policy shows a general presumption in favour of development. 
    2. behaviour perceived as arrogant, disrespectful, and transgressing the limits of what is permitted or appropriate. Ie, the stranger lifted the child off the ground, and the child was enraged at the stranger's presumption.

    1. the action of beginning something again after a pause or interruption. Ie, with peace came the resumption of foreign imports. Ie, no decision was made for a resumption of diplomatic relations. 
    2. (Law, mainly Australian) the action, on the part of the Crown or other authority, of reassuming possession of lands, rights, etc., previously granted to another. Ie, the resumption of royal lands. Ie, property resumptions would be required to develop the bus routes.

    1. the action of using up a resource. Ie, industrialized countries should reduce their energy consumption.

      • an amount of something which is used up or ingested. Ie, a daily consumption of 15 cigarettes. 
      • the purchase of goods and services by the public. Ie, industry faced a serious challenge in trying to stimulate consumption. 
      • the reception of information or entertainment by a mass audience. Ie, the leader's confidential speech was not meant for public consumption. 
    2. (dated) a wasting disease, especially pulmonary tuberculosis. Ie, their mother had died of consumption.
