On Tuesday 24 May 2022 join the Parliament's Buddhist-Catholic Dialogue on Climate Change for the launch of It’s Time to Talk, an initiative of the that calls leaders and practitioners of the two traditions to answer the urgent need to respond to the climate crisis through reflection, dialogue, and action.
The Buddhist-Catholic Dialogue on Climate Change is an initiative of the Parliament of the World’s Religions and its Climate Action Task Force.
Save the Date: May Member Meditation
The Monthly Member Meditation and Meet-Up event series brings a moment of introspection and global connection to Parliament members each month.
May's mediation is facilitated by Ven. Dhammadipa Sak, Abbott of the US Zen Institute. Ven. Dhammadipa conducts meditation retreats and workshops, mostly on Four Immeasurable Minds (Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity) and partly on Mindfulness of Breathing and Insight Meditation (Vipassana).
Parliament Chair Joins Celebration of Mahavir Jayanti
On 23 April 2022, Mr. Nitin Ajmera the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Parliament of the World's Religions joined a special celebration of Mahavir Jayanti hosted by the Gathering of Light Interspiritual Fellowship. Mahavir is one of the most important religious festivals in Jainism which marks the observance of the birth of Lord Mahavira.

2023 Parliament Convening Welcomes Pre-Parliament Event Hosts
