EXHIBITING | What's on the wall | 28 March - 29 April

HUMILIS is an exciting group exhibition by four Melbourne based artists, Elizabeth Milsom, Kate Shelton, Abouk Giir & Tamar Dolev.

Artworks explore individuals appreciation and relationships with the natural world. Including a range of mediums such as clay, natural dying, collage and paint. This is a wonderful collaborative exhibition not to be missed!

SELLING | What's on the floor by Camila Piaz

Originally from Chile, Camila now resides in Australia, drawing inspiration from female empowerment, nature and her surroundings.

PICTURING | What's in the Lane Mural Festival | 17–30 April 2023

Space2b is super excited to be part of Urban Canvas Melbourne, a celebration of Art, Culture and Community. A mural festival, curated to engage artists and art organisations. Creating large scale public artworks and activations that inspire and engage the community in a meaningful way.

Six artists will be painting our laneway roller doors and telegraph poles at Space2b.

MOVING | With Bollywood and Keeping Fit | 8 May–5 June 2023 | 6.30-7.30pm

Monday Motivation! READY, SET, DANCE!

Why not start your week off with a fun and energetic Bollywood dance class? Each week at Space2b, Jhoom Bollywood will take you through a step-by-step dancing workout, get fit and have fun!

Five weeks every Monday on 8, 15, 22, 29 May and 5 June 2023.

MAKING | Hands-on sewing circle with Maoko | Every other Thursday | 11am-12.30pm

A hands-on sewing circle, where you can bring a project to work on and take tips from our resident Japanese sewer Maoko.

Come and join like minded people, enjoy a cuppa from the cafe and learn how to mend your garments.

TRAINING | Welcome Anudeepa to our Retail Space!

Anudeepa is a very talented artist, creative workshop leader and a wonderful mother and wife. She brings much joy and colour to our Team.

Recently, she has been busy painting the shop doorway, learning about stock management and customer service techniques.

Come and say hi to Anudeepa every Tuesday in our shop.

CALLING | All Culturally & linguistically diverse artists!

We're looking for 3 x new designs that will become part of our artist range i.e. tea towels, soaps and chocolate.

Winners will receive $150, plus their design printed, a free month long exhibition, with 100% of the sales from the exhibition to go to the winning artists.
