Do you have a project idea that will improve the lives of Victorian carers?
The Connecting Carers in their Community program will award grants to not for profit, community and local government organisations to assist with activities that:
- Establish new carer support groups, including peer support groups and yarning circles
- Support carers, including work readiness mentoring and support
- Enhance and improve the reach of existing carer
- Grants of $15,000 – $25,000 will be available for projects commencing October 202 and finishing by June 30, 2025.
This grant initiative is supported by the Victorian Government and administered by Carers Victoria (CAVI) .
