For young deaf and hard of hearing artists, there are two $1000 prizes on offer in an inaugural art competition launched by Deaf Children Australia.

The theme is “This is Me” and the opportunity for 12 to 23 year-olds to showcase their talents. All sorts of submissions are welcome from paintings and pottery to video art and animation.
