That’s why the Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA) is staging an Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Maddocks partner Lindy Richardson.
Lindy advises on employment law, with a particular focus on industrial relations, anti-discrimination law, and work health and safety law where it intersects with those matters. She has significant experience in employment-related litigation, including before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
