It’s almost time to make your move for GiveOUT Day, Australia’s national giving day for over 100 LGBTQIA+ causes on Thursday 15 October.
This year, we’ll be inviting supporters to pick a cause and host a public or private Gathering that inspires giving at home, work, online or in the community.
Your Gathering can be any activity, event or moment that brings people together to fundraise. Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Morning tea
- potluck
- lunch + learn
- trivia night
- workout
- dance party
By hosting a Gathering, multiply the love for a cause you care about.
You’ll also get your own fundraising page, our free toolkit with everything you need and the chance to win a $200 bonus donation for your chosen cause just by signing up.
Prospective Hosts can explore the causes and register a Gathering from mid-September, so start thinking today and get ready to make your move.
